No one else publishes this in the open; the closed players sell it to one buyer at a time.

Three public reads of one question — is the buildout real, or just announced? Each is recomputable, and each carries the same honest line. (The demand-side reality read sits in the institutional layer above.)

Region-level 0–100 score of how much AI compute-supply is forming — queue, energy, momentum, and independent corroboration. Every number links to its receipt.
