What we collect, and what we never do with it
Last revised: August 28, 2026
What we collect
If you write to us or use a contact form, we receive what you send: typically your name, e-mail address, and message. Beyond that, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site — we do not use it to identify you. Our traffic measurement is cookieless and aggregate (Cloudflare Web Analytics); we do not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks.
What it is used for
To reply to you. If you asked about press, data, or a specific pull, we use your address to answer that request — in writing, within 24 hours. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties — except the service providers that host this site and our e-mail (Cloudflare, Google, Railway), who process it only on our behalf, and where the law requires. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. We do not build profiles of visitors. The index measures infrastructure, not people — and the same restraint applies here.
Public-record data in the index
The index itself is built from public records — interconnection queues, regulatory filings, permits. Where those records contain names of companies or individuals, they remain what they are: public records held by their issuing agencies. We do not publish personal information of private individuals on our pages.
Retention and questions
Correspondence is retained as ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, write to[email protected]— we will confirm in writing within 24 hours and complete any deletion within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
